The home of Hershey's candy, the fabulous Hershey Park is converted into christmas Candyland in December and a staggering one million christmas lights are put up on display. Typically running for a month prior to christmas, Hershey's christmas Candyland will provide your kids with a tremendous amount of fun for the festive season, and adults are sure to have a great time too!

Other popular winter holiday destinations in the United States include Yellowstone National Park, Wisconsin Dells and Alaska. Peter Jackson, the mastermind who directed and co-wrote the screenplay for the Lord of the Rings Trilogy, is at it again with a remake of the 1933 classic: king kong. Being Jacksons personal favourite movie when he was growing up, its easy to see why he chose king kong as his follow-up movie to the Lord of the Rings.

Peter Jacksons king kong isnt a sequel, but rather a remake of the 1933 classic. Set in the 1930s Carl Denham (Jack Black) is a filmmaker who takes his cast and crew to shoot a movie the mysterious Skull Island. There they find the incredible creature, kong. Leading actress Ann Darrow (Naomi Watts) quickly catches Kongs eye, and is kidnapped by the king of the Gorillas. It is up to the rest of the crew, led by Jack Driscoll (Adrien Brody) to rescue Ann.

Typical of a Peter Jackson film, king kong has a running time of over 3 hours. Jackson likes to thoroughly introduce all the characters in his movies, and this one is on different. Once the crew reaches Skull Island, thats where the movie really picks up. The action scenes are absolutely breathtaking and are helped by a fantastic musical score provided by James Newton Howard.

Jack black, not known for dramatic roles, gives a surprisingly strong performance as filmmaker Carl Denham, and is helped by a superb supporting cast which includes Naomi Watts, Adrien Brody and Colin Hanks.

This is a typical Peter Jackson film. The characters are well developed, the acting is top notch, the action scenes are fantastic, the visual effects are stunning and all is topped off with a superb musical score. This film should be in every dvd collection.

halo 2 was the second installment of the cult video game series halo. Shortly after its release halo 2 became the ace product on xbox, holding the status until gears of war was released for the xbox 360, two years down the line.

The storyline takes off from the thrilling conclusion of halo: Combat Evolved and the human controller manage two of the protagonists, including the Arbiter, alongside the Master Chief. In 2007, hired microsoft personnel developed a Windows Vista version.

halo 2 takes place in the intriguing halo Universe where the powerful colonizers, the human race face an alien alliance known as the Covenant in a mammoth struggle for galactic supremacy.

The game begins with the trial of ex-Covenant elite who faces enquiry from fellow aliens for his inability to prevent the destruction of installation: 04, one of the Haloes that the Covenant covets in the quest for an apparent spiritual transcendence through what they call the "great" or ultimate journey.

This event is featured alongside the felicitation of human UNSC commanders, A.J.Johnson and Miranda Keyes besides the Master Chief.

Soon following this event, the Covenant send armed cruiser ships toward Earth carrying enough ammunition to destroy the mac that provides protection to Earth.

The human army manages to prevent the Covenant attack receiving able support from Master Chief. The Covenant ship manages to find a second halo called Delta halo.

The human entourage follows in a ship called In Amber Clad with the specific task of preventing the activation of the halo and the assassination of The High Prophet called Regret present in the ship.

The dishonored Covenant elite is given a chance to redeem himself and assigned the name of Arbiter. He ultimately becomes aware of the danger that the Halos present to the galaxy and decides to work towards the deactivation of these super-weapons.

Meanwhile, the Flood, a parasitic race infects the city of High Charity owned by the Covenant. The Arbiter along with others manages to prevent the activation of the halo. The unexpected loss of power in the halo makes it send a signal to the remaining Halo's and the game ends on a tantalizing note thus setting up the story for halo 3.
